Cleanliness Promise:
All tanning units will be cleaned by a member of staff before each use. The floor and the inside of the tanning unit will be cleaned, a fresh sheet of tissue will be placed over the cushioned matt for your comfort, a fresh wet wipe and pair of wink ease will be placed in the changing cubicle.

First 2 Minutes Free:
All new members on their first visit will receive 2 free minutes, this is on the first session only as a introductory promotion. Any member purchasing a course on their first session will still receive 2 free minutes added to their account.

Referral Gift:
When recommending Body Beautiful to your friends & family please remind them to say your name in full when they register as a member. This will qualify you for 2 free minutes; this will be added to your account once the new member has paid for their first session.

Birthday Session:
All members will receive a free tanning session up-to the maximum amount of minutes for the tanning unit they choose on the date of their birthday. This can only be taken on the date of birth registered with us unless we are closed for any reason then it must be taken on the day before or after only.

For those members who take the birthday session and are on course:

Minute course: the minutes will be added back to your account.
Unlimited course: your course will be extended for a day.

Sadly, anyone registering on their Birthday will have to wait till next year.

Storage of Creams:
We will keep bottles or sachets of cream for members to use, these will be kept behind the counter in a private area and the public will not have access to this area. Only the named member of the cream will be allowed to use the cream, unless we receive permission stating otherwise from the member. A member of staff will give you your cream on each visit this ensures only you have use of it. All rights of ownership to any creams left at Body Beautiful will pass to Body Beautiful if they are not used for 90 days. We will try to contact all members before this period to establish a reason for non use.

Appointments:
Appointments can be booked and will have priority over walk-ins, but please allow for a 5 minute window as we can not guarantee you getting on at the exact time for your appointment. Due to some people taking longer than others to get dressed or people arriving late for appointments. If you are more than five minutes late you will loose your slot and be placed in the walk-in queue.
